Refunds & Returns Policy

At Royal Dash, we are dedicated to offering our customers the finest shopping experience possible. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free refund policy.

 

Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed instructions for the return process.

 

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

Items Not Refundable:
While we strive for your satisfaction, certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
1. Gift cards or e-gift cards
2. Clearance or final sale items
3. Personalized or custom items (unless there is a defect or error on our part)
4. Intimate apparel or swimwear (unless there is a defect or error on our part)
5. Perfumes and fragrances cannot be refunded if they are open or if there is any damage to the box or packaging.

 

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 

Shipping & Delivery:
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
